Joseph Wilson enlisted in Melbourne, Victoria at the age of 25 on the 22nd of August 1917. He had been born in Ballarat, Victoria on the 10th of March 1892 and was single. He volunteered and was stationed with the Royal Australian Navy aboard HMAS Cerberus and other numerous ships with the Regimental number 6217. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 21st of August 1927. Tree number 3515.
