Biography

William John Thistlethwaite enlisted in Broken Hill, New South Wales at the age of 25 on the 31st of August 1917. He had been born in Koroit, Victoria was single, and was employed as an Painter. He volunteered and was stationed with the 10th Battalion, 25th Reinforcement with the Regimental number 7556. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 9th of July 1919. Tree No. 3518.
