Biography

Edward Matthew Daw was born in Bungaree, Victoria was single and was employed as a Butcher. He enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 21. He volunteered and was stationed with the 4th Egypt General Service Reinforcement with the Regimental number 57428. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 8th of August 1919. Tree number 3574.
