Born in Sebastopol, Victoria, Stanley Trehearne Jones was a single 21 year old postal employee when he enlisted in Ballarat on the 29th of May 1918.
Stanley returned to Australia on the 31st of July 1919 and was discharged on the 15th of August 1919.
