Biography

Norman Stanley Nunn (SN 60735) born at Leura NSW, was a 19 year old storeman when he enlisted at Ballarat on May 24th 1917 . With the 8th General Service Reinforcements, he embarked aboard the Marathon on July 23rd and reached London on September 27th. He was allotted to the 7th Infantry Battalion but was not deployed to France until January 1919. He returned to Australia aboard the Argyllshire, disembarked at Melbourne on September 22nd 1919 and was discharged on October 7th. He also enlisted to serve during WW2 with service number V371913.
