Victor Billman enlisted in Wellington, New Zealaland and was single on Enlistment. He was born in Ballarat on the 19th of January 1884 and employed as a Driver for a Butchery. He volunteered and was stationed with the 1st New Zealand Cyclits Corps as Regimental number 10759. He was discharged and Returned to New Zealand on the 21st of January 1919. Tree number 3735.
