Thomas Charles Naples (Hon. Capt.) born at Bungaree, was a 55 year old Remount purchasing officer when he was commissioned as an honorary captain on May 1st 1916. He did two Australia to Egypt voyages as veterinary officer for the voyage. His appointment was terminated on January 18th 1917.
