Biography

Harry Errol Williams (SN 6/738) was born in Ballarat and attended the Mt Pleasant State School. On August 11th 1914 he enlisted in the 6th Battalion of New Zealand’s Canterbury Infantry Regiment. He was killed in action on August 7th, 1915 at Gallipoli. He has no known grave but his name is recorded on the Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial at Gallipoli.
