Royce Frederick Gordon Edwards was born in Skipton, Victoria was married and was employed as a Soldier. He enlisted in Broadmeadows, Victoria at the age of 34. He volunteered and was stationed with the 6th Victorian General Service Reinforcements as a Lieutenant. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 1st of November 1919. Tree number 3822.
