Francis Albert Lewis enlisted at the age of 35 on the 29th of June 1917. He had been born in Ballarat, Victoria was Married, and was employed as a Station Hand. He volunteered and was stationed with the 56th Battalion as Regimental number as 3662. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 8th of July 1919. Tree number 3891.
