Albert Carl Parker was a single 21 year old labourer from Lal Lal, Victoria who enlisted as a driver for the 24th Battalion on the 11th of January 1915. His unit embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A14 Euripides on 10th May 1915. Albert Parker's unit was demobilised and he embarked from England on the 8th of April 1919 and returned to Australia on May 22nd 1919. He was discharged on the 22nd of July 1919 for the termination of his period of enlistment.
