Malcolm McCallum Campbell of the 10th Field Ambulance Unit joined on July 30th 1915 at the age of 19. Born in Wallace, he was a single labourer before his enlistment. He embarked as a private with his unit from Melbourne on board HMAT A54 Runic on 20th June 1916. Malcolm returned to Australia on the 19th of April 1919 and was discharged on July 23rd 1919 due to termination of period of enlistment.
