lan Donald Hart was born in Ballarat. He was 29 years old, single and a tailor's presser when he enlisted from Middle Park on 30th June 1915. He was posted to 60th Infantry Battalion, with Regimental No. 3778. On 27th November 1916 he was killed in action at Flers and is buried in Guards Cemetery, Les Bouefs, France.
