Ernest Hugh Duncan was born in Little Bendigo, Ballarat, Victoria was single and was employed as a Teacher. He enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 19. He volunteered and was stationed with the No 14 Australian General Hospital as a Sergeant. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 18th of October 1919. Tree number 739.
