Biography

Charles Ernest Davies was born in Ballarat, Victoria was single and was employed as a Carpenter. He enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 19. He volunteered and was stationed with the 4th Light Horse Regiment, 11th Reinforcement later transferring to the the 4th Light Horse Brigade Headquarters with the Regimental number 1455. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 4th of July 1919. Tree number 802.
