Biography

Lewis Edward Rowlands joined the 6th Field Ambulance, AAMC, on 19th July 1915. His Regimental No. was 15577. He was 18 years old, single and a clerk form Ballarat West. He was born in Ballarat. On 21st April 1917 he was killed in action at Noreuil, and is buried in Queant Road Cemetery, Buissy, France.
