Biography

Charles Archibald Greenway was a 19 year old harness and leather worker from Ballarat at the time of his enlistment on the 19th of July 1915. His unit embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A62 Wandilla on the 9th of November 1915.
On September 17th 1916 he was transferred to the 5th Division Ammunition Column.
On June 28th 1919 Charles returned to Australia and was discharged on the 28th of August 1919 due to the termination of his enlistment period.
