Biography

Born in Bright, Victoria, Gladys Muriel Larkan was a single 25 year old, and a nurse by trade at the time of her enlistment on the 7th of December 1916. Her unit embarked from Sydney, New South Wales, on board HMAT A32 Themistocles on the 29th of December 1916.
Gladys returned to Australia on the 4th of September 1919 and was discharged due to the termination of her enlistment period on the 28th of February 1920.
