Biography

Lindsay Gordon Fitzgerald was born in Ballarat, Victoria was single and was employed as a Coach Painter. He enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 20. He volunteered and was stationed with the 2nd Field Ambulance, 16th Reinforcement later transferring to the Australian Motor Transport Section with the Regimental number 9785. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 16th of August 1919. Tree number 1194.
