Biography


Arthur Victor Williams was a single 20 year old farmer from Ballarat when he enlisted on the 12th of July 1915.His unit embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A40 Ceramic on the 23rd of November 1915. On November 1st 1918 he was appointed Lance Corporal. He returned to Australia on the 17th of July 1919 and was discharged due to the termination of his enlistment period on the 8th of September 1919.
