Ernest Clark was born in Dean, Victoria was single and was employed as a Carpenter. He enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 18. He volunteered and was stationed with the 24th Battalion, 6th Reinforcement with the Regimental number 2857. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 20th of July 1919. Tree number 1816.
