Charles William Fox was born in Ballarat, Victoria was single and was employed as a Clerk. He enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 24. He volunteered and was stationed with the 10th Field Ambulance with the Regimental number 12294. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 19th of September 1919. Tree number 1913.
