Cecil Gordon Milburn enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 21 on the 4th of April 1916. He had been born in Happy Valley, Victoria, was single, and was employed as a Motor Driver. He volunteered and was stationed with the 3rd Supply Column of the 26th Army Service Corps as Regimental number 11831. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 13th of July 1919.
