Biography

Albert Ernest Kernick was born in Sebastapol and enlisted from there on 4th October 1915. He was 24 years old, single and a labourer. He was sent to the 5th Infantry Battalion, with Regimental No. 1777. He was killed during the Second Battle of Bullecourt, and his name is on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, France.
