Biography

Thomas Jones was born at Narrandera, NSW, but enlisted from Ballarat on 17th September 1914. He was 20 years old, single and a horse driver. He was allocated to the 8th Light Horse Regiment, with Regimental No. 394 He was killed in action at Gallipoli on 7th August 1915, and his name is recorded on the Lone Pine Memorial, Gallipoli, Turkey.
