Biography

Born in Ballarat, James Richard Harry was a single 25 year old labourer when he enlisted on the 7th of August 1917. His unit embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A38 Ulysses on the 22nd of December 1917.
He returned to Australia on the 20th of August 1919 and was discharged due to the termination of his enlistment period on the 12th of September 1919.
