Embarked 'Scotian' to join Gallipoli on the 30th of August 1915. On the 14th of November 1915 admitted to Hospital, Gallipoli; 21st of November 1915 admitted to 1st Auxiliary Hospital, Ex H.S. 'Maheno', Heliopolis. On the 3rd of January 1916 Embarked for Australia per H.S. 'Ulysses' Nursing Duties, Suez and was listed as returned to Australia on the 3rd of January 1916. Tree No. 627
