Biography

William Herbert Murray was born in Ballarat and enlisted there on 23rd March 1915. He was 18 years old, single and worked as a motor driver. He was sent to the 6th Field Ambulance, with Regimental No. 3202. He died of wounds received at Brown's Dip, and is buried in Ari Burnu Cemetery, Gallipoli, Turkey.
