Reginald Francis Foster was born in Colac, Victoria was single and was employed as a Clerk. He enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 26. He volunteered and was stationed with the 14th Battalion, 7th Reinforcement later transferring to the 46th Battalion with the Regimental number 2379. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 30th of June 1918. Tree number 672.
