David Lindsay Day enlisted in an unknown port on the 29th of June 1914. He had been born in Seymour, Victoria. He volunteered and was posted to numerous different ships as a Stoker including HMAS Yarra with the Regimental number 3895. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 28th of June 1919.
