Samuel Eddy was born in Bendigo, Victoria was married and was employed as a Tailor. He enlisted in Melbourne, Victoria at the age of 38. He volunteered and was stationed with the 7th Battalion, 18th Reinforcement with the Regimental number 5675. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 19th of October 1917. Tree number 1981.
