Biography

Harry Telford Hammon was a single 23 year old dentist when he enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria, on the 28th of February 1916. His unit embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A11 Ascanius on the 27th of May 1916.
On the 4th of October 1918, Harry was promoted to Corporal.
He returned to Australia on the 24th of August 1919 and was discharged due to the termination of his enlistment period on the 8th of October 1919.
