John (Jack) Leslie Westcott was born in Warrenheip, Victoria, was single and was employed as a Farmer. He enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 25. He volunteered and was stationed with the 6th Battalion, 20th Reinforcement with the Regimental number 6368. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 21st of April 1918. Tree number 2773.
