Biography

Born in Daylesford, Victoria, William Mann was a single 24 year old labourer at the time of his enlistment in Melbourne, Victoria, on the 6th of July 1915. His unit embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A1 Hymettus on the 27th of January 1916.
William returned to Australia on the 8th of June 1919 and was discharged due to the termination of his enlistment period on the 31st of July 1919.
