Isaac Collingwood Mark Lindsey enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 21 on the 28th of January 1916. He had been born in Ballarat, Victoria, was single, and was employed as a Tinsmith. He volunteered and was stationed with the 8th Battalion, 16th Reinforcement later transferring to the 5th Battalion with the Regimental number 5141. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 21st of July 1919. Tree number 1996.
