Septimus Clive Fishwick was born in Ballarat. He enlisted from Ballarat South on 15th March 1915, when he was 21 years old, single and a turner. He was posted to the 24th Infantry Battalion, with Regimental No. 190. On the 1st September 1918 Corporal Fishwick was killed at Mont St. Quentin, and is buried in the Peronrie Communal Cemetery, France.
